But again send out link requests to sites relevant to yours as often as possible to make sure you are up to date and back linking with as many websites as possible.

Something else you should avoid is adopting unethical methods to cheat your link partners as that will then cause other websites not to link to you therefore meaning being ethical gains better results.

You can include your links within articles and blogs, which are also good to get you recognised and ranked in the search engines as you are putting useful content on the internet. Also look at other people’s relevant blogs and post a comment giving more information and commenting on their blog, then at the end put your link on and people will read your comment and hopefully click on your link!

Sign up to directories but just be careful not to sign up to any ones look for ones that have good editorial reviews as some search engines have been devaluing them as they add everyone and anyone to their directory. One of the ways to see if they are a good directory is if you have to go through a review process as they obviously check the websites before promoting them, which means they don’t have any websites so don’t be surprised if they don’t all accept you as some generally don’t.

Finally you can always have a go at doing a video on You Tube and adding your link to that, it’s just a matter of experimenting to see what works best for you.
